In Australia, the Bhutanese community in Perth joined the spirit of the country to mark the national day. Bhutanese families and friends were joined by Australians and friends to mark the day. Various cultural items were performed as part of the celebration.
And in New York, the United Bhutanese Association organized an event to mark the national day. The Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the United Nations Doma Tshering joined the Bhutanese community living in New York to mark the event.
