His Majesty The King granted audience to candidates who contested in the country’s third National Council election yesterday.
The 2018 National Council election held last month saw a total of 127 candidates with the highest number of candidates from Monggar. The dzongkhag had 13 candidates of the lone woman candidate got elected.
