The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) opened its Dzongkhag Office in Monggar town today amid a ceremony attended by over a hundred people.
The political parties must have an office in every dzongkhag with a proper mailing address for it to be able to register with the Election Commission of Bhutan. This is as per the Political Party Rules of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2015.
