The Bhutan-India Small Development Project (SDP) Committee approved nine new projects amounting to over Nu 180 M in Thimphu, yesterday.
The projects include solar lighting and CGI sheets for yak herders, a motor able Bailey bridge, roads, and a pedestrian footpath, among others.
This means, the allocation of Nu 8.5 B committed by the Government of India for SDP in the current Five Year Plan is also complete.
Including the nine, 595 projects have been approved as SDPs.
