A 31-year-old man has died and eight others were injured in a vehicle accident in Namling between Sengor and Lingmethang in Monggar.
The bolero they were traveling fell about 300 metres below the road. The accident took place around 9:30 last night.
The eight injured have been referred to Monggar Regional Referral Hospital. One is said to be in a critical condition.
They are all laborers working at a chorten construction in Thrimshingla and were on their way to Thrimshingla from Monggar when the mishap happened.
Police suspect foggy weather to have caused the accident.
