Update: There’s a road block again in Narphung on the Trashigang-Samdrup Jongkhar highway.
The block occurred around 5 this evening, barely three hours after the earlier block was cleared.
Dantak officials say they are trying to clear the block by today or tomorrow.
Narphung is about 63 kilometres away from Samdrup Jongkhar towards Trashigang. Heavy rainfall has been causing landslides in the area.
